Operations Coordinator (Seasonal)
Summary: The New Hampshire Motor Speedway is seeking highly-motivated and dedicated professionals to join our Operations Department Team. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist with coordination and logistics of operating our daily track rental program and major televised national motorsport events. This position is a seasonal position during our normal operating season April 1- October 31.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide information and directions to guest
- Assist in routine maintenance of track vehicles & equipment
- Assist in general and light maintenance duties
- Assist in sale & distribution of Race Fuel
- Perform General Office Tasks
- Assist in track maintenance and repairs
- Act as liaison between Operations Department & Track Rental Customers
- Other tasks as assigned

Operations Dept. Customer Service Representative (Seasonal)
Summary: The New Hampshire Motor Speedway is seeking highly-motivated and dedicated professionals to join our Operations Department Customer Service Team. The primary responsibility of this position is to work the customer service window located at the main entrance to NHMS. This position is a seasonal position during our normal operating season April 1- October 31.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide information and directions to guest
- Collect admission, camping, and entry fees
- Maintain contractor admission / exit log
- Answer telephone and two way radio communications
- Perform General Office Tasks
- Request emergency services utilizing 911 to address emergency situations at NHMS
- Other tasks as assigned

Electrician
Job Responsibilities:
- This job consists of, but not limited to, the daily maintenance of all facility electrical need
- You will be asked to help in other areas of Operations and perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the facility upkeep.
- Installation and operation of backup generators
- Pre event check and repair of all facility, electrical and lighting equipment.
- Temporary power installation at event time
- Coordinates with administration and other trades for the purpose of completing projects/work orders efficiently.
- Estimates materials and/or equipment needed to compete work projects for the purpose of ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Analyzes drawings for the purpose of identifying location of new and existing electrical systems and determining the efficient installation of additional systems.
- Operates boom truck and heavy equipment for the purpose of completing high overhead electrical jobs.
- Prepares documentation (e.g. records on fire alarms, etc.) for the purpose of providing written support and/or conveying information.
- Order equipment, supplies and materials for the purpose of maintaining availability of required items and completing jobs efficiently.
- Repairs electrical systems including communications, overloads, lighting fixtures, etc. (e.g. air conditioners, kitchen equipment, fire alarms, pole lights, motors, motor controls, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring proper/safe operation of equipment
- Transports a variety of items (e.g. tools, equipment, supplies, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring the availability of materials required at job site.
- Responds to emergency situations during and after work hours for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns.
Skills/Attributes:
- Building and large facility maintenance knowledge.
- An Associate’s degree in Electrical Technology or equivalent job experience.
- Knowledge of 3 phase systems; 480,277,208 volts.
- Knowledge of portable generators, 20 KWA to 400 KVA and larger.
- Working Knowledge of NEC.
- Computer skills and the ability to respond to e-mails requests create and manage spreadsheets, etc.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to perform initial design and install electrical systems including; install RV power pedestals, lighting fixtures, and, switch gear
- Handle all electrical internal Purchase Orders and cost coding
- This is a full time salaried position with a 7:00 am start time
- Valid driver’s license required, CDL preferred
- This is a drug free environment and testing is required

Summary: The New Hampshire Motor Speedway is seeking outgoing, talented and athletic individuals to perform as the part-time mascot for multiple events and civic functions required of New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Appearing at all NHMS major events, along with corresponding activities
- Interacting and entertaining fans and spectators during events
- Working directly with different departments at NHMS including Sales and Marketing, Communications, Guest Services and NHMS Street Team

Summary: The New Hampshire Motor Speedway is seeking highly-motivated and dedicated professionals to join our 24 hour security department. The primary responsibility of this position is to keep our guests and property safe and secure during our normal operating season April 1- October 31.

- Help keep NHMS guests and property safe and secure
- Reporting Fire / Police /EMS emergencies to 911 and assisting to the level trained for.
- Responds to requests for help
- Enforce speedway policies and procedures

Summary: The New Hampshire Motor Speedway is seeking highly-motivated and dedicated professionals to join our Loudon Road Racing Series & US Legends Car International Officiating Team. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist with the operation and competition management of the Loudon Road Racing Series and US Legends Car International racing events conducted at NHMS. This position is an Event Staff position during twelve racing events.

- Enforce the rulebook of LRRS & INEX
- Perform technical / mechanical inspections
- Perform safety equipment inspections
- Assist in officiating of race duties

Corner Marshal (Event Position)
Summary: Summary: The New Hampshire Motor Speedway is seeking highly – motivated and dedicated professionals to join our corner marshal team. The primary responsibility of this position is to keep our competitors safe who race on our road course.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate clearly on a two way radio
- Report track conditions, emergency situations, and information relative to competition
- Display flags in a manner in which they will be clearly identified by competitors
- Extinguish small fires utilizing handheld fire extinguishers
- Assist Trained Emergency Medical providers during emergencies
- Assist with track clean up and restoration
- Enforce speedway policies and procedures
